We do not accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final. No exceptions.
Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged or Lost/Stolen Package
If your package (or an item inside the package) is damaged during shipping, we will assist you in providing the correct information to file a claim with the shipping company. All items are wrapped and packed with care to avoid damage during transit and all packages are insured up to the cost of your purchase.
